Located in the heart of Tullamore in Co. Offaly, the Academy of Music offers high quality music tuition to students of all ages and levels, from children to adults, beginners to professionals.
We offer classes and individual music lessons that cultivate a foundation for a student’s life-long growth in music. The Royal Irish Academy of Music, Associated Board, RGT and London College are the Academy’s universally recognised examination awarding bodies. Diploma students can choose their awarding body for Performance and Teaching Diplomas from any of the recognised examination bodies in Britain (London) or Ireland.
All of our teachers are fully qualified, highly regarded and experienced. We offer lessons in piano, voice, violin, cello, guitar, flute, saxophone, clarinet as well as pre-instrumental classes for children aged 4-6 years. We also have a thriving string ensemble and award-winning chamber choir.
